Rebecca and Kathy have been on their yoga journeys for over 2 decades and have learned how to find sustainable and consistent practices by leaning into the more joyful and playful side of themselves.
This is exactly what they will pass along to you.
So often, what we do daily can become a grind. When you tap into your curiosity and let go of your expectations, you find a new level of enjoyment in the simple things. This is how you show up for yourself daily!
What better place to find that side of you than being immersed in the mountains of North Georgia?
While it is easier to create that space far away from the busyness of daily life, you will walk away with tools to help you maintain your habits under any circumstances.
You are guaranteed lots of laughs and good-natured fun throughout the weekend!

The weekend includes yoga, breath work, guided meditation, and wellness lifestyle coaching.

Price includes the course fee, room, meals, and grounds fee but does not include taxes. Full price is shown upon selection of room type prior to registering. A 40% deposit is due at the time of registration with full payment due 1 week prior to the retreat start date. What to Expect

DATE & TIME DETAILS: Check-in begins at 3 p.m. on Friday, and check-out is at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5-minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Cancellation Policy
​
Deposit: A 40% deposit is due at registration. Each registration deposit includes a non-refundable $100 processing fee.
Full payment is due one week prior to the start of the retreat. If your payment is not made in full one week prior, Elohee will charge your card on file for the remaining amount owed.

Refunds are available (minus the $100 processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel between 2 weeks and one week prior to the retreat, Elohee will retain the entire 40% deposit.
Elohee does not provide refunds if you cancel seven days or less.
​
**If you cancel seven days or less because you have tested positive for COVID, Elohee will refund your payment minus the 40% deposit, no exceptions. Must provide proof of positive COVID test.
​
If any damage to the property, facilities, or facility contents occurs due to the participant’s willful actions, neglect, or recklessness, the participant will be held liable for any and all costs associated with any acts of negligence or recklessness. In this instance, an itemized list of damages and repair costs will be assessed, and your credit card will be charged.
